You can never account for personal taste, which is why I think people are wrong when they say they don’t like this one – the reviews are in and they’re not very good. And I do concede that this episode isn’t particularly clever in what it’s trying to say, but I like the ambiguity of it. And the minimal, bleak outlook. It’s filmed in black and white and there are only three cast members. Of which two get killed within the first five minutes.

Regardless, the burning question: what the Christ *are* these dog fucks and who invented them? If you’ve not seen it, they’re mechanical quadruped killing machines that mercilessly hunt humans down for an undisclosed reason. The fact that you don’t know kind of just adds to it. What could have gone on in this world for this to be the norm now?!

So who the bollocks are INDX Logistics while they’re not delivering anything because the world is fucked? Well, the team turn up at a disused warehouse with the view to collecting (basically looting) something (no spoilers) for what we assume to be Maxine Peake’s dying nephew. I say ‘disused warehouse’ – as mentioned – pretty much everything in this world is disused, including a van parked outside the warehouse with the INDX logo on its side. In this instance it just has the words ‘INDX’ with the ‘Value to Your Door’ strapline underneath it, as pictured here. The ‘logistics’ aspect actually comes from the ‘Smithereens‘ episode, displaying the full title of the organisation on the hot priest’s not-Google maps app.

The logo is clearer than I would normally entertain replicating, but the black and white gives it another angle, so nuts to it. I invented the colour palette and lozenge thing, so in it goes. And to be honest, the strapline wasn’t in title case so needed amending anyway.
